Often, when communicating with people who came to us for an interview, we ask several questions necessary to find out how much of this self-confidence they have.

For example:

"Tell us what did you do best in your previous job?"

"What do you think are your top three strengths?"

"What achievements in your life do you consider to be the main ones?"

It is also important how the interlocutor answers, where he looks and whether he asks counter questions.

As already wrote, confidence is the golden mean between uncertainty and self-confidence, and if insecure people, or to be more precise, people who feel insecure at the given moment, there are very few personal pronouns in speech: I, me, mine, mine. And imperative verbs: take, carry, come on. The self-confident, on the other hand, clearly hear the overkill and the feeling of their "dumbass".
